Guidance Regarding COVID-19 & IN STAY AT HOME ORDER

The federal government has deemed banks an essential service, and we are here to meet your financial needs. Our drive ups continue to operate (hours detailed below) and lobby services are available by appointment. Service is also available through our digital and mobile channels, ATMs, and night drops. To determine if your needs can be met through an electronic channel, please call your local banking center or Customer Care.

As local and state government guidance regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are adapting our business model out of an abundance of caution to help prevent the spread of illness. Citizens State Bank has a comprehensive continuity plan in place to prevent service disruptions for all critical bank functions and will continue to provide all banking services.

Beginning March 19th, 2020, our offices will temporarily operate on a drive-thru only basis. Locations without a drive-up window will be temporarily closed. Our drive-thru lanes, night drops, ATMs, and digital channels will continue to operate without interruption.
