NEW CASTLE, IN, August 2, 2021: Citizens State Bank has announced the public roll out of the Digital Banking Suite, designed to give clients the ability to customize their banking experience like never before. Justin Dunmyer, Chief Digital Officer, noted “During 2020, we saw the importance of a seamless digital banking option for our clients. Though we offered online and mobile banking, we identified areas for improvement and took steps to address them.”

Digital Banking now includes online and mobile banking, mobile check deposit, digital bill pay, digital card controls, e-Statements, external account integration, customizable alerts, and transaction management. Most importantly, the user personalizes how these tools are used to ensure the best fit for them.
