Karen Mellen is the owner of Rising Phoenix Leadership, where she provides coaching, training, and speaking focused on intentional growth and leadership development. She is passionate about helping women gain clarity, reconnect with their purpose, and move forward with confidence in every season of life.
With a background in leadership development and a heart for service, Karen blends proven growth principles with practical tools that help women reflect, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and align daily choices with long-term goals. Her approach is both encouraging and actionable, empowering women to grow personally and professionally with intention.
Outside of her work, Karen enjoys walking, reading, tending to her zinnias, and spending time with her husband, Dave, and their family.
