Setting up your Direct Deposit is easy!
- Login to the CSB app or online banking
- Select Set up Direct Deposit
- Search for your payroll provider or employer
- Enter your credentials (💡Pro Tip - make sure you know your username and password before starting set up.)
- Select your account
- You're finished!
If you're unable to set up direct deposit without a form, you can access one in our Switch Kit.
Look for the Link an Account icon , follow the on-screen instructions, and get a complete overview of your finances, right on your CSB digital dashboard!

- Informative. Receive alerts by text, email, or in-app message for low balances, large transactions, payments and more.

- Easy. Account alerts are easy to set up - simply look for the icon.
Digital card controls give you centralized, secure access to your CSB Visa Debit Card.
- Turn your card off and on. You're in total control - instantly disable your debit card if it’s misplaced or stolen. Once you find it, enable it again just as easily.
- Set up alerts. Use card controls to be notified when your debit card is used for transactions you define.
- Set spending limits. Restrict your debit card use by dollar amount, specific retailers, locations, and more.
- Easy. Simply follow on-screen instructions to use card controls - look for the icon.
Get customer support no matter where you are with your digital banking tools chat feature called Conversations.
Simply follow the Messages icon to start or follow up on a chat with Customer Care.
To Attach a Transaction: If you see a transaction that doesn’t seem right, just click on the “Attach to a conversation” button. Type in your question and Conversations will connect you with Customer Care.
They can see exactly which transaction you’re asking about, so you get answers fast. You can even ask about a previous Conversation if you need to follow up. That way, you can put your mind at ease — without a phone call or trip to the bank.
