Whitney J. Grout is an attorney with a strong background in leadership, community service, and advocacy. Originally from Fremont, Indiana, she earned degrees in English and Psychology from IUPUI before spending over a decade in leadership and operations roles with Sephora, where she was recognized for her operational excellence and commitment to people development.
Whitney later pursued her lifelong goal of becoming an attorney, earning her law degree from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, she completed multiple externships and devoted significant time to pro bono work, mentoring, and serving at-risk communities. She now practices with Sprunger & Sprunger in Pendleton, focusing on criminal and family law, and remains passionate about mentorship, community involvement, and service.
