No purchase necessary. Must be 18+ years and a legal IN resident. Enter prize drawing from April 26 through May 3, 2024, limit one entry per person. The winner's name will be drawn Tuesday, 5/7/24 and will be notified by phone within 3 days of the drawing and have 10 days to claim their prize. If we are unable to reach the winner by phone, we will attempt to contact him/her in writing or by email. If the winner is unable to be reached with the information we have on file and/or does not respond within 10 days, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Employees of CSB and immediate family are not eligible.
