Melissa began her banking career with one goal in mind - to offer exceptional customer service to each of her clients. With a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, she has cultivated an extensive and loyal client base during her many years in banking center management. Melissa has a strong focus on women-owned businesses, so much so that she has founded Citizens Women's Connection - offering local women in business a place to connect. Melissa manages the Carmel banking center and enjoys serving Hamilton County and the surrounding areas.
Melissa has served the Carmel community as a past board member and President of the Carmel education Foundation, past board member and Vice President of the Actor's Theatre of Indiana. She currently serves as the Design Chair for the Taste of Carmel, a fundraising event for the Carmel Education Foundation. Additionally, Melissa serves on the Indiana Parkinson Foundation's board of directors.
