No purchase necessary. Must be 18+ years and a legal IN resident. Every time you use your personal debit card (excluding ATM transactions) from 11/13/23 - 12/31/23 it's an entry into a drawing for a $1,000 to be held by 1/8/24. The winner will be notified by phone within 3 days of the drawing and have 10 days to claim their prize. If we are unable to reach the winner by phone, we will attempt to contact him/her in writing or by email. If the winner is unable to be reached with the information we have on file and/or does not respond within 10 days, they will forfeit all prizes and a new winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Employees of CSB and immediate family are not eligible.
